“VISUAALSE ATMOSFÄÄRI LOOMINE JA MÕJU LAVASTUSTERVIKULE LAVASTUSE “RÖÖVLITÜTAR RONJA” NÄITEL” (Ele Viskus, Krista Norden)
LÜHIÜLEVAADE: Loov-praktilises lõputöös otsisin vastust küsimustele, milline roll on atmosfääri loomisel visuaalsetel kujundustel ning kuidas mõjutab visuaalne atmosfäär lavastustervikut. Analüüsimise aluseks võtsin Eesti Noorsooteatri lavastuse “Röövlitütar Ronja” (lavastaja Taavi Tõnisson, kunstnik Kristel Maamägi), mis esietendus 6. veebruaril 2022. Lõputöö eesmärk oli mõista atmosfääride olulisust teatrikontekstis ning visuaalse atmosfääri loomise võimalusi ja suhestumist lavastuse erinevate kujundustega. Töö praktiliseks osaks oli lavastusele “Röövlitütar Ronja” dekoratsioonide valmistamine koos Eesti Noorsooteatri dekoraatori Krista Nordeniga. Töö on jaotatud nelja ossa, milles käsitlesin 1) atmosfääri ja selle loomise olulisust, 2) lavastuse “Röövlitütar Ronja” retseptsiooni, 3) visuaalse atmosfääri loomist lavastusele “Röövlitütar Ronja” ning 4) dekoratsioonide teostust ja mõju lavastustervikule.

SUMMARY: The creation and effect of the visual atmosphere by the example of the production “Röövlitütar Ronja”
The thesis concentrates on the role of visual designs in the production and how the visual atmosphere affects the overall entirety of the production. The aim of the thesis is to understand the importance of theatrical atmospheres, the possibilities of visual atmosphere creation and how they interact with different production designs. The first chapter concentrates on the work of theoretics who have studied atmospheres and their creation in theatrical aspects. The second chapter gives an overview of the production “Röövlitütar Ronja” (Estonian Theatre for Young Audiences) by analyzing media coverage. The main sources for the atmosphere analysis are the interviews with the director and the artists. The majority of the practical part is written based on my own knowledge and skills gained through the process of creating the decorations for aforementioned production. The thesis confirmed that visual decorations play a crucial role in creating atmospheres and making the production come together as a whole.
